Who we are

Account information. When you register for a membership (Guest, Artist, Pro Artist Monthly, or Pro Artist Annual), we collect your name, email address, username, and password. Passwords are stored in encrypted form.

Payment information. Paid memberships are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe processes and stores payment information under its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Uploaded content. Pro Artist members may upload music files and associated metadata (track titles, artist names, artwork). This content is stored on our servers and is associated with your account.

Contact form submissions. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, subject, and message. These submissions are stored in our database so we can respond to you.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect standard log data including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used for security and to operate the Site.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and operate core Site features. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not function properly without them.

Analytics. We may use third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site. Details of any analytics provider in use will be listed here once implemented.

Newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will collect your email address for the purpose of sending you newsletter communications. You may unsubscribe at any time. Newsletter functionality is not yet active on the Site.
